During a lull in activity on Friday night (Kaitlan was dinnering with her grandma, Nate was at traffic school, Darren was at the hunger banquet, and Pip was in L.A. so I was all sad and lonely) I decided to make some of mom's cinnamon rolls! I had forgotten, unfortunately, that this was a 3 hour process! Also, I don't have an electric mixer and thought that it wouldn't be a big deal to mix all of the dough by hand...never again! I think that end result was worth it though cuz after those 3 hours of work there were some very tasty cinnamon rolls to be enjoyed by all for the next several days.
